Co-ordination and management of the daily activities on site.

  • Overall programme in cooperation with all parties.
  • Follow-up of the overall and detailed programmes.
  • Schedule of key dates for providing the execution drawings and for instructing the different trades.
  • Communication.
  • Contradictory measurements.
  • Organisation and animation of the co-ordination meetings.
  • Active participation to the site meetings.
  • Dispatch of the reports indicating (including) the items raised during the meetings.
  • Co-ordinate on site the contractors.
  • Supervise the execution of the works, in collaboration with the Architects, the Structural Engineers and the M&E Engineers.
  • Supervise the common site facilities account.
  • Organise and attend the pre-acceptances and acceptances of the works.
  • Review that the snaggings raised during the provisional acceptance are resolved.
  • Collect the "as built" drawings, technical notes and guarantees.
